Te Toki provides a relaxed atmosphere, great for small meetings and team building getaways. Corporate clients use the Retreats lounge for meetings which is big enough for up to 24. Either can be set-up in lots of ways depending on your requirements. Hi to James and Mark

We have a large white board and flip chart if required. Multi-user wireless Internet and Sky TV with access to news channels such as CNN and BBC news ensures you keep up-to-date and in contact. The 42” flat-screen TV has connectivity for a laptop, enhancing your presentation. Catering options:- We can offer excellent in house catering for breakfast,lunch and morning /afternoon teas/coffees and full dinner. We use a combination of our own catering but mostly our professional local caterer prepares the meals. We have a large range of catering options all available here at Tetoki Retreat. Self catering is also possible. We have just designed a new detailed menu which will be up loaded to this page in the coming weeks. Rates for accommodation will also appear on this page shortly. Please email us for quotes and menus in the mean time. Representative in Auckland:- We have sales representative located in Auckland who is able to come to your office and discuss your catering requirements in more detail. Mark is also able to discuss the different set-up ideas for meetings, conferences and dinners. He always brings photo ablums with seating arrangement set-ups and can discuss any other details regarding a booking here at Tetoki. Te Toki Retreat is able to accommodate bookings for up to 20-24 people in separate beds. But the ideal number is around 20 maximum. Ten bedrooms, 5 lovely bathrooms. If you have more in your party the Waiheke Island Resort:-(who we have an excellent relationship with) is just 2 minutes drive up the road that is able to accommodate extra guests. We can offer free transfers for guests back and forth if required at no extra charge from this Resort.
