When enquiring about rates please take note of the following and/or state in your email:-
Winter and early spring offer 2010. Book for 2 nights and get the third night free only if the third night is a Sunday night over a weekend.
One night bookings OK between Sunday night and Thursday if booked within 10 day time frame. Note the minimum bookings below:- 2 nights most of the year/3 nights most of the summer
Corporate rates available for one night and two days. Q. If we book Tetoki Retreat what level of presentation/service is offered when we arrive and during our stay at the Retreat? A. When you first arrive for your booking here at Tetoki Retreat expect the property to be presented in very immaculate condition. Expect a very clean and tidy house(s) inside and out. For example: - 1. The lawns are always freshly cut and garden well maintained. 2. Our commercial water blaster comes out after each booking to freshen up the all surfaces including all the outside decks and outside furniture. 3. Our large petrol blower is always used to blow away leaves on all paths and surfaces. 4. Fresh flowers from our garden are placed in a few vases in the house and the Island goddess in our fern garden near the house...(No offense taken if you ditch the flowers for your own) 5. Two fluffy towels provided for each guest plus a robe. 6. The fireplace is slacked and ready to go with 2 metres of firewood underneath. 7. Too many other details to mention here. 8. We are basically on call for the duration of your booking to ensure everything goes smoothly. 9. Expect to be greeted on arrival shown around how everything works and given keys. We are not allowed and can not take bookings by room. 1. PLEASE NOTE:- Tetoki Retreat is not classified as a Bed and Breakfast nor a Lodge/Hotel or Resort. It does however have the ambiance of a small Island Resort.
This means we do not provide meals/food/Alcohol or room service. There are a number of excellent local caterers on the Island that can cater to small or large groups.
2. The Retreat is classified as a Holiday Home(s):- It is available for Private Weddings /Week-end getaways or extended holidays and Corporate bookings all year round. A very classy property which lots of extras far more than your average home. 3. Only two houses are available for wedding bookings or getaway breaks (i.e.-The Retreat and the Guest house sleeping up to 23 in total)...Please note the 5th bedroom at the guest house can sleep up to three if necessary and one of the Retreat bedrooms sleeps four in two double beds. We have a total of 10 bedrooms in these two houses which include 5 bathrooms (9 showers/5 toilets) of which two have double showers and two large outside showers set into stunning lush tropical gardens. 4. The booking party rent the whole Retreat house and grounds-(you do-not share it with anyone else) There is no live in manager. 5. Dates required and number of nights. Number of guests:-adults and children in your booking party. Maximum 12 people at the Retreat and 12 at the Guest house. We can fit a few more in on application. 6. Number of beds to split to singles (all beds made up as very comfortable super-kings)

Early and late check-in/outs permitted on application to the manager. Minimum Bookings:-
November 25th-December 20th 2010 minimum stay is 3 nights at the Retreat house or 2 nights if both holiday homes are booked.
December 21-January 18th minimum stay is 4-5 nights exceptions are wedding bookings. January 19th March 1st minimum stay is up to three nights. Easter min. stay 4 nights

You are more than welcome to come and have a look at our tropical paradise. Catch the ferry from Auckland city 35 Minutes or Half Moon Bay 45 Min's. You can be picked up and driven to The Te Toki Retreat.
